Acceptance of a quote is an acceptance of the terms.
All requests for motorcycle transport are to be made through our contact form. All initial communication is done via email to ensure records are kept of agreed arrangements and details.
No booking is confirmed until we have received an email containing all relevant information.
On acceptance of a quote we will provide a date that your transport can be completed. A 1 hour window is provided to the collection and delivery point at least 24hours prior to delivery/collection. We do aim to give more notice where possible.
If you need to cancel a booking then please email us. If you cancel 3 days prior to the agreed collection date no charge will be made. Cancelations 2 days prior will be charged at 40% of the agreed quote. Any cancelation made with under 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the agreed quote.
If we attempt to collect a motorcycle and for any reason we are unable to collect due to no fault of our own (Bike not as described, unable to be moved, contact not at address etc) then you will be charged 100% of the agreed quote.
If we attempt a delivery of a motorcycle and are unable to deliver due to no fault of our own you will be charged 100% of the agreed quote and a re-delivery charge for our next available date. If we have to store your bike due to a failed delivery this will be charged at £5 per day.
We ask that bikes and associated paperwork and spares are ready and accessible for the agreed collection time. We allow 30 minutes to be presented with a motorcycle and any items such as keys, paperwork and spares.
If items are not presented within 30 minutes a £20 charge will be added to the bill.
If you need to make a payment for a motorcycle please ensure you are ready and contactable to do this. Please ensure you have made us aware of your intention to pay at collection at the time of booking. With advanced notice we will extend out waiting time to 45 Minutes be charging a waiting time.
If the bike is not ready within 1 hour we will have to leave to attended other work and this will be classed as a failed collection with a 100% percent charge of the agreed quote.
At the collection of all motorcycles a inspection report is completed which also details any parts traveling with the bike.
This is a cosmetic report and does not represent the mechanical condition of the motorcycle. If you need a mechanical inspection completed then it is your responsibility to hire a mechanic prior to provide that service prior to us collecting it.
After a condition report has been completed we will ask the contact at the collection point to sign and agree the condition.
Any additional items that are travelling with the bike must be agreed in advance, where needed these items can be wrapped in blankets and secured safely for transport. For any additional items that have not been agreed at the time of booking, it is at our discretion if these can be transported due to taking up space that may be required for other customers bikes/parts.
On delivery you are given the opportunity to check your new bike over and ensure it is in the same condition as the time it was collected. We ask for signature to agree the motorcycle is in the correct condition.
Any damage that you believe to of happened due a result of transport is to be brought to our attention at the time of delivery. Once you have signed for the delivery or are agreeing to the condition of the motorcycle.
Any claims for damage after his will not be accepted.
Our van is setup solely for motorcycle transport which can be seen here, but In the unfortunate event that damage has occurred during transit we are fully insured up to £50,000
Payment can be accepted by card or bank transfer at the time of delivery.
Any tolls, congestion charge or clean air zone charges are all part of the given quote. There is no hidden cost.
